Ela desenvolveu os mesmos poderes que o Super-homem, e embora os fatos não são verdadeiros parentes a adotou como Kara Kent (Supermulher). Seus companheiros clássicos acompanham Clark Kent, por sua vez, jornalistas Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen e Perry White. Do lado dos vilões, que pode ser observado Lex Luthor, em sua versão de um empreendedor; entretanto o mais notório é Darkseid e Apocalypse.

Mummies Alive! is an American animated series from DIC Entertainment. It originally aired for one season in 1997. In ancient Egypt, an evil sorcerer named Scarab, kills the pharaoh's son, Prince Rapses, so he can become immortal. Entombed alive for his crime, Scarab revives in the modern world and begins his search for Rapses' reincarnation, a San Francisco-dwelling boy named Presley Carnovan to retrieve the spirit of Rapses' so he can become immortal. Rapses' bodyguards, Ja-Kal, Rath, Armon, and Nefer-Tina, along with Rapses' cat, Kahti, awake from the dead to protect him from Scarab. They use the power of Ra to transform into powerful guardians. Each of the mummies is aligned with the power of an Egyptian god. Ja-Kal uses the spirit of falcon, Rath uses the spirit of snake, Armon uses the spirit of ram, and Nefer-Tina uses the spirit of cat. They are able to call upon it for magical armor and powers to fight superhuman evildoers. Although, once their strength is exhausted, they must rest in their sarcophagi to regain the ability. In order to access these powers, the mummies call out the phrase "With the Strength of Ra!", which triggers their transformation. The mummies also have the power to make a horrifying face, usually used to scare away nosy bystanders.

Batman Beyond (Batman do Futuro, no Brasil e em Portugal) é uma série de televisão animada produzida em conjunto pela Warner Bros. em colaboração com a DC Comics destinada a dar seqüência ao legado de Batman. Integrante do Universo Animado da DC Comics, a série foi entregue aos cuidados de Bruce Timm, o "mago futurista" do referido universo. Exibida originalmente entre 1999 e 2001 a série resultou em 52 episódios e um filme (longa metragem) servindo também como "ensaio" para o desenho animando da Liga da Justiça. Mesmo popular entre os fãs, a nova série do homem-morcego, ao que parece, não está na lista das produções que retornarão às telas em um futuro próximo, apesar dos insistentes boatos a respeito, entretanto o personagem pôde ser visto recentemente em um dos episódios de Projeto Zeta, outro desenho animado referente ao futuro da DC Comics e uma espécie de "filhote" de Batman do Futuro. O referido episódio é o intitulado Sombras e se encaixa entre os episódios finais da série do Batman do Amanhã, no caso, Contagem Regressiva e Desmascarado. Batman do Futuro é dito para explorar o lado mais sombrio de muitos projetos de Batman, jogando em elementos-chave como as emoções, as relações pessoais, medo do desconhecido, o cyberpunk e a ficção científica de elementos temáticos como as questões e dilemas da inovação e do progresso científico e tecnológico que afetam a sociedade e para os elementos perturbadores psicológicos do personagem de Bruce Wayne. Como tal, era consideravelmente mais escura do que programas da maioria das outras crianças na época, embora o produtor Bruce Timm recorda que a série foi concebida focando o público do desenho infantil amigável do Batman.[1] A premissa de Batman Beyond tem sido usada em várias HQ's publicadas pela DC Comics, incluindo um início de série em curso em 2011.
